Project Scope
The project was completed on an accelarated schedule of just 12 weeks, after 28 weeks of preconstruction. The renovation, that included 95,000 square feet, was comprised of 92 guestrooms (35 different room types) and corridors utilizing a 60/40 blend of local/out-of-state subcontractors.
