FIRST FINISH COMPLETES CROWNE PLAZA DULLES RENOVATION

April 1, 2007 – First Finish, Inc. successfully completed the re-flagging of the Days Inn Dulles to the Crowne Plaza Dulles. This multi-million dollar renovation was completed in fourteen weeks, nine days ahead of schedule and on budget! The scope of work involved gutting all bathrooms down to the studs, a new plumbing and electrical package, all new finishes including granite counter tops, custom millwork, polished porcelain, wall vinyl and new accessories. Each guestroom received an all new FF&E package with detailed millwork.
