FIRST FINISH COMPLETES ROOMS RENOVATION AT ORLANDO WORLD CENTER BY MARRIOTT

First Finish, a Maryland-based hospitality general contractor has successfully completed the room’s renovation at the luxurious Orlando World Center by Marriott in Florida.

The Orlando World Center by Marriott is the world’s largest Marriott boasting over 2200 rooms. Built on over 200 acres of lush tropical landscape the property offers a championship golf course, award-winning cuisine, waterslide and pools and relaxing spa services.

“First Finish Inc. was selected as General Contractor on major hotel interior renovation including over nearly 800 rooms and suites.   The schedule included fast turnarounds of up to 80 rooms in 14 days.  Not only was this demanding schedule met, but in some cases it was exceeded by First Finish.  Attention to detail and consideration of guest satisfaction were all vital components to the successful completion of this project.

The project required renovation of guest rooms and corridors and included new paint, carpet, doors & hardware and a full FF&E package.
