Adding to an impressive existing employee roster, First Finish, a Columbia, MD-based general contracting firm that provides premiere new construction and hospitality renovation services in fourteen states, proudly announces the addition of  superintendant, Billy Frishman, to its team.

Billy Frishman has been hired to serve the First Finish team as an OSHA certified Site Superintendent whose primary responsibilities include the management of renovation projects with respect to sub-contractor/client relations, quality control and employee/tradesmen/laborer supervision.

In his 15-year construction career Frishman, has climbed the ranks from entry level positions where his responsibilities included purchasing and estimating. Throughout, he has managed the timely-completion of more than 250 commercial projects, additions and renovations.

“We’re strengthening our team with the addition of experienced, well rounded key personnel that will help continue the top quality of service and solid reputation we’ve come to be recognized for,” said David Burman, president of First Finish. “As everyone in this industry knows, a superintendent can make or break a project.  As we continue to grow, we target top-level talent and we are very pleased with the addition of another key team member.”

Prior to joining the First Finish team, Frishman received his Class A Contractor’s license, as proprietor of BGB Builder. His leadership skills were tailored while holding executive-level positions at both Grace Development and Bison Building Company.
