FIRST FINISH LAUNCHES COMMERCIAL DIVISION

COLUMBIA, Md., October 30, 2008 – First Finish today announced that it has started a division that will apply to commercial buildings the environmentally-oriented approach to construction renovation that it has championed in the hospitality industry.  The company is targeting commercial building owners and property management companies that are nearing the point in their buildings’ lifecycle when renovations are required to keep the properties tenant ready.

Many commercial buildings undergo renovations when leases are being negotiated with existing tenants or when new tenants sign up.  Both instances can be disruptive to other tenants, which points to the need for strong customer service, a dependable supply chain, and tight scheduling to keep the renovation process on track and completed as quickly as possible.  In the renovation projects that First Finish has done, the company has built trustworthy relationships with many firms that allow it to deliver the infrastructural components such as plumbing and electrical work, and the elegant touches that define its capabilities.
