FIRST FINISH RECEIVES CONTRACTING LICENSE

First Finish, a Columbia, MD based general contractor specializing in commercial, hospitality, government renovation and new building construction has received their commercial contractor’s license from the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors. Jason Stock, director of business development for First Finish, by completing the Business Law and Project Management, and Building Construction exams will serve as the qualifying party for the license.

Responsible for business development strategies and initiatives Stock joined First Finish in 2008. He has more than 10 years experience in facilitating strategic alliances and developing strong relationships within the hospitality industry. Stock holds several board of director positions representing First Finish in hospitality, construction and development associations.

The Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors was created in 1956 and regulates commercial and residential contractors. The mission of the board is to insure the protection of the health, safety, and general welfare of all those persons dealing with persons engaged in the contracting vocation, and the affording of such persons of an effective and practical protection against the incompetent, inexperienced, unlawful, and fraudulent acts of contractors with whom they contract.
