FIRST FINISH AWARDED CONTRACT TO RENOVATE ATLANTA GRAND HYATT

Columbia, MD – March 15, 2010 – FIRST FINISH, a Columbia, MD based general contractor, was recently awarded the contract to renovate the Grand Hyatt Buckhead hotel. The renovation includes 440 guestrooms and suites and the 9,700 SF Regency Club – an Atlanta hotspot - that will be re-branded as The Grand Club Room.

With this significant renovation, the hotel’s guestrooms (which are the largest in the Buckhead area) will be transformed into chic and modern accommodations, appealing to convention, leisure and business travelers alike.  Complimenting the overall guest room renovations is the guest bath with marble flooring and granite countertops along with a decoratively framed mirror and generous shelving for extra space and comfort.
The Grand Hyatt Buckhead is among several hospitality projects First Finish has been working on including the Capital Hilton hotel in Washington, DC scheduled for completion this fall, the Normandy Hotel in Washington, DC recently completed, and The Little Nell in Aspen, CO. While First Finish has renovated numerous Hyatt Regencies this will be their first “Grand Hyatt” renovation, adding to an already impressive portfolio.

FIRST FINISH has been in business since 1999 and was recently awarded both the regional Mid-Atlantic Construction’s Best of 2009 award and the Engineering News Records’ “Best of the Best” 2009 award.
