JASON STOCK OF FIRST FINISH APPOINTED TO NEWH'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Jason Stock, director of business development for First Finish, a Columbia, MD based general contractor specializing in commercial, hospitality, and government renovation and new construction services projects, was recently appointed board member to the Washington DC Metro Chapter for the Network of the Hospitality Industry.

Stock’s responsibilities will include retaining and growing NEWH’s membership base, currently the chapter is made up of more than 300 members, including 100 area students studying the hospitality business sector. The Washington DC Metropolitan chapter of NEWH has been around for 18 years.

As director of business development, Stock has been responsible for facilitating strategic alliances and developing relationships within the hospitality industry. Stock holds several board of director positions representing First Finish in hospitality, construction, and development associations.

NEWH is the premier networking resource for the hospitality industry, providing scholarships, education, leadership development, recognition of excellence, and business development opportunities. Its main mission is to raise scholarship funds for students in the hospitality industry. NEWH was founded 25 years ago in Los Angeles and currently has 2,000 members worldwide with 18 chapters alone in North America. Since its inception, NEWH has raised nearly two million dollars in scholarship funds.
