Adrian Donnelly

Director of Project Management & Estimating

As Director of Project Management and Estimating, Mr. Donnelly is responsible for overseeing and managing our top-notched team of project managers and estimators. His experience as a Senior PM and Owner’s Representative affords him the ability to enhance the teams' ground up capabilities.

With more than 19 years construction experience, Adrian’s expertise includes managing multi-million dollar hospitality and high-end commercial construction projects. A veteran of James G. Davis Construction Corporation, he is also versed in LEED Construction practice integration and successfully managed several LEED projects that have received Gold Certification.  Adrian’s career began in the Army where he was responsible for overseeing numerous construction projects nationally and abroad.

He has held executive level management positions for prestigious hospitality companies such as LTD Management and the Buccini/Pollin Group, bringing an “owner’s perspective” to every project.
