Brian Bagniefski joined First Finish in 2005 as a lead superintendent and has successfully managed several of our largest projects.
Today, Brian is Vice President of Operations for First Finish and oversees the daily operations. Drawing from more than 25 years of operational management experience, Brian is an established expert in fast track renovation site logistics, including occupied spaces, and FF&E installation. His experience ensures the highest level of quality from our team of project managers, superintendents, assistants, and labor staff. Detail-oriented and customer focused, Brian was instrumental in the development of First Finish's “punch and field check-off” processes - a cornerstone of our superior track record.
Working with our team of well qualified subcontractors, Brian’s innovative approach to completing challenging projects has gained him an established reputation for meeting deadlines within complicated budget constraints.
Additionally, Brian was responsible for the training of our project management and superintendent teams. He also developed and maintains First Finish’s quality assurance, compliance, and safety programs.
