The Capital Hilton was renovated to update each of the 544 guestrooms and suites, corridors, public thoroughfares and bathrooms of the 245,000 sq. ft hotel. First Finish managed a 100% union workforce and was able to complete the renovation in phases keeping the hotel 85% operational. The renovation included the addition of new lighting elements, full FF&E packages, new closet doors, wall vinyl, carpeting, paint, tile, custom millwork granite vanities, and new executive showers with frameless glass bathroom doors.
