First Finish has completed the public space conversion for one of the franchises’ early adopters of the new Lobby Concept. Tireless planning and skillful execution ensured that completion was on schedule despite constant guest traffic, code violations, and typical prototype installation challenges. A complex lighting package, intricately connected flooring and millwork along with modern case goods provide comfortable spaces for guests. Courtyard’s new signature “Go Board”, and “The Bistro: Eat.
