The Courtyard New Orleans-Downtown Hotel is located on St. Charles Street in New Orleans' French Quarter. A custom, urban, design package was installed in the 12,000-sq.-ft., one-of-a-kind lobby. It received new drywall, framing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler upgrades as well as new paint, vinyl wall covering, carpet, floor tile, millwork, lighting, granite finishes, and FF&E packages. To limit the impact on the hotel and guests, the lobby remained open through the project’s ten-week duration. Included in the renovation were private media pods and a GoBoard station.
