The commitment to environmental stewardship, sensitivity to hotels’ needs, and ability to handle short-term projects were reasons the Fairmont Hotel in DC chose First Finish to complete the eco-friendly renovation of its Lexus Hybrid Living Suite. In partnership with California based Organic Interior Design, First Finish refurbished the eco-suite with recycled concrete and glass countertops, FSC-certified trim and molding, compact fluorescent lighting, low-VOC paints, low-flow toilets and shower heads, and bamboo flooring throughout. All demolition debris was recycled.
