This 12 week, fast-track 95,000 sq. ft. renovation included 92 guest rooms and suites with 30 different room types. Guestrooms and corridors were updated with custom American Black Walnut millwork, ornamental metals, Spanish marble and smart room technology. First Finish flew to Spain to hand-pick the marble tiles ensuring high quality. The former guest room doors were converted into mulch and all pre-existing furniture was donated to Habitat for Humanity. Completed on time, the resort was 100% operational in time for ski season.
