$7 million renovation, completed in just 7-months included each of the 75 guestrooms of the 6 floor, 35,000 sq. ft. boutique hotel. Restoration of the building’s façade, new roof, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler systems replacements were also completed. Grohe fixtures compliment the design of each bathroom, along with hand picked Arabescatto Italian marble flooring, frameless glass shower doors, and floating granite vanities. Bathrooms were fitted with cutting edge A/V technology allowing guests to personalize the musical settings amplified throughout the space.
