There's a reason First Finish is called in to tackle a large renovation project. They understand how a renovation can affect a hotel business' bottomline. In this case, 253 guestrooms and presidential suites were updated within a very aggressive schedule and yet the project ran smoothly - finishing on time and within budget. With Brazilian cherry wood floors, maple stain grade wet bars, new closet doors and shelves, lush carpet, vinyl wall covering and a complete FF&E package installed, this project was "finished" only after our 3-point punch process was completed.
