Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles

Considered one of many First Finish “green” renovation projects, 90% of the construction debris was recycled at the Westfield Marriott Conference Center. This included wall vinyl, carpet, ceiling tile and all packaging for FF&E items. Completion of this renovation, designed by Forest Perkins, took 14 weeks and totaled 336 guestrooms, including 4 presidential suites & 8 junior suites. The scope of work included refinishing marble countertops, FF&E upgrades, replacing wall vinyl, crown molding, wallpaper, Axminister carpet and paint, electrical modifications & relocations
