Renovation of 92 guestrooms, with 35 different room types, totaling 95,000 square feet. The rooms were demolished to their studs—in many cases, the studs were removed and replaced as well. The entire interior of the Little Nell was reinvented. The planning stage was nine months long. For every week of actual construction, there were three weeks of planning. As a direct result of early involvement and the lessons learned during the construction of two model rooms, the project was delivered under budget and ahead of schedule.
