Overview
Project Scope
The former Marriott Crystal City at Reagan National Airport in Arlington, VA underwent a dynamic 28-week conversion to become the AC Hotel National Landing, completing its transformation in Spring 2025. This $21.3 million renovation encompassed nearly 200,000 square feet of upgrades, including a striking new building façade, exterior hardscape and patio enhancements, and a full public space reinvention. The lobby was expanded to create a modern, open-concept arrival experience, while the abandoned swimming pool was converted into a state-of-the-art fitness center. Additional scope included a new prep kitchen, renovations to existing guestrooms, and the creation of seven new keys—bringing the total to 355 guestrooms.
