Project Scope
Comprehensive renovation completed over a 7-month construction schedule, totaling more than $20 million in hard costs. The project encompassed updates to 437 units, including 36 executive suites, 266 typical guestrooms, and 55 condo suites. Scope included new freestanding tubs and enclosed tile bathrooms in executive suites, upgraded plumbing fixtures and vanity wall tile in guestrooms, and new kitchen appliances and stone countertops in condo suites.
The work transformed the property with refreshed interiors and modernized amenities, meeting an aggressive timeline to ensure substantial completion before the holiday season.
