Overview
Project Scope
The Cameo LXR Beverly Hills Hotel & Resort renovation marked the full conversion of the former Mr. C Beverly Hills into a redefined luxury destination under the LXR Hotels & Resorts flag. Delivered on an accelerated schedule, the project encompassed comprehensive upgrades across the arrival experience, lobby, restaurant, pool deck, and event spaces—bringing a cohesive, high-end aesthetic in line with brand standards.
The scope included a complete transformation of the lobby with premium stone and wood finishes, custom lighting, and the addition of the Silhouette lounge and bar, alongside the full reconstruction of the signature restaurant, Zampo. Exterior enhancements reimagined the pool deck with new finishes, custom architectural elements, and upgraded amenities, while improvements to the Starlight Ballroom elevated the property’s event offering. Executed within an active hotel environment, the work required precise phasing and coordination to support a seamless repositioning and reopening in January 2026.
