Project Scope

Brand prototype development and renovation with a 28-week construction schedule and 16-week preconstruction schedule. Phase I included 327 guest rooms (room conversions, shower conversions, water closet conversions), lobby, and meeting space. Phase II included 14 tech-capable meeting rooms and a 2,300-sq.-ft. junior ballroom. Phase III included the Spartan Gym, a partnership with Spartan Race, includes 14,000 sq. ft. of gym space; and Bamford Haybarn Spa, including 12 treatment rooms with an English countryside design.
